Handmade jewelry and clothing - an eclectic inspiring mix!
As a lifelong collector of tiny, beautiful things, I started making jewelry as a means of wearing my collection. Assemblages of charms, pearls, religious medallions, buttons, thimbles, and rosary parts gave new life to forgotten objects and allow me to create jewelry with meaning and an old soul like the people who are attracted to it.

My woodworking creates custom, household items using both machine and hand tools. One goal is to offer items that enhance, beautify, and help organize a house. My works feature geometric designs and 3D illusions. I create contrast between hard lines / angles and the natural flow of wood grain. Most items use local hardwoods such as maple, cherry, and walnut. The vast majority of the pieces employ traditional joinery techniques such as dovetails and finger joints. Rarely (if ever) do I use nails or screws. A second goal is to help people transition away from plastic and mass-produced items in favor artistic household items.

Capturing Nature’s Essence in Wax and Pigment
I am a fine artist working in encaustic, cyanotype, and mixed media, creating richly layered, hand-crafted works that explore the delicate beauty of the natural world through texture, memory, and quiet abstraction. Growing up in the coastal wilds of Point Reyes, I developed a deep connection to nature through childhood exploration and my father’s scientific curiosity.
With a background in graphic design and a lifelong commitment to art, I eventually stepped away from commercial work to follow my own creative path. Today, I work from a light-filled backyard studio in Northern California, where beeswax, damar resin, pigment, photographic processes, paper, and found materials come together in cohesive series, including Novel Blooms, Ruffled Realities, and Inherited Light. Some works incorporate three-dimensional elements or attached materials, extending beyond the picture plane and enhancing their physical presence. All pieces are archival, one-of-a-kind, and professionally finished.

I create paintings with gouache and acrylic on wood inspired by the natural landscapes of California. My work draws from familiar elements such as California poppies, redwood trees, and mountain forms, rendered in simple shapes and bold, expressive color. These landscapes are intentionally ambiguous, inviting viewers to project their own memories and emotions onto the scene. Rather than depicting a specific place, I aim to capture a feeling of connection, calm, and recognition. Painting is not a choice for me but a calling-an ongoing dialogue with the land and the quiet moments it offers.

Our stones are mined throughout the world, but ultimately get cut, polished and drilled in Jaipur India. Our team in Jaipur work with the local gem cutters to manufacture beads that are to our own high specifications and requirements. I hope you enjoy working with our beautiful stones!
I am by nature a truly creative person requiring projects that satisfy my innate desire to
design beautiful spaces and objects. Gardening and garden design are my summer
month’s passions however here in Northern California, rather cold and wet winters
compelled me to find a new design love. So, seven years ago, I started collecting
gemstone beads from all over the world and learning varying beading techniques.
Through endless trial and error, I developed my unique personal designs inspired by
nature. Growing up in Terra Linda and traveling as much as possible, the incredible
natural beauty in this world is my muse.
As a double entendre, my business name has the first meaning of my heart logo shell
found on a beach in Baja, Mexico, being stranded here in Northern California, along
with the literal meaning of my new passion, the stranding of singularly beautiful beads
and gemstones into timeless, artistic jewelry. I create from the heart and want my
designs to be everyday beauties my clients treasure and love to wear.

Natural Dyed and EcoPrinted Clothing and Accessories. Every piece is designed, sewn and printed/dyed by me, using just the pigments and tannins found in leaves and flowers. No inks
are added; all the colors and patterns proceeds from natural materials, including seeds, roots,
leaves, bark, flowers. I grow most of the flowers I use in my prints and gather all the leaves
from the forest around my house and from unclaimed trees around town. I choose only high
quality and sustainable produced fabrics. This process is entirely eco-friendly, as the
ingredients used come from nature and return to it without creating damage. Each print is
unique and one-of-a-kind; it is a small slice of forest or garden for you to wear.
